That's got to be one of the worst punishments I've ever heard of. Gosh there were some evil creatures around weren't there. I tell the children a story about my Year 3 teacher who liked to hit the children in our class every day - girls and boys - I call him the equal opportunity torturer! The children are generally horrified to hear about it.Jacqueline Harveyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11031920990081435794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1519851539392702071.post-23460164931426329542013-12-21T09:19:01.602+11:002013-12-21T09:19:01.602+11:00I was at Cargilfield as a pupil. "Nose its" was a favourite, but the most ridiculous one was when a fellow pupil cracked his egg open to find a chick and was forced to eat it by the kitchen manager called Miss Goldie. He was sick. I put out a paper complaining about his treatment and was given six of the best with a cane by the headmaster. Evil place. It really is a beautiful school and Simon and Michelle are wonderful. Looking forward to getting back there - my husband and I fell in love with Edinburgh.Jacqueline Harveyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11031920990081435794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1519851539392702071.post-17079282593020656782013-04-24T00:03:35.025+10:002013-04-24T00:03:35.025+10:00Great to read this review Jacqueline.
